Enhancement Shaman Stat Priority
Agility > Spell Penetration (195) > 4% Hit Rating > Resilience (3000) > Mastery > Critical Strike > Haste
First, it’s important to prioritize Agility into your gear over all secondary stats. The more Agility you have, the more Attack Power you will have to enhance the effectiveness of your damaging abilities. Next, focus on receiving 195 Spell Penetration, as this will make sure that your spells to not miss, especially Hex.
After that, focus on placing 4% Hit Rating onto your gear. The only exception to this is if you are Draenei, as this will only require 3% Hit Rating due to their racial bonus. You are granted 6% melee hit as this specialization, but this amount does not affect your casted spells.
Now, let’s look at our necessary secondary stats. Make sure to prioritize Mastery out of all secondary stats, as this will increase the damage from spells that deal elemental damage. This secondary stat provides the strongest consistent throughput for Enhancement Shaman, making it the most valuable.
After Mastery, it’s important to receive a decent bit of Critical Strike, as this will increase the probability of receiving benefits from Flurry, for increased attack speed on auto attacks, and Elemental Devastation.
Finally, Haste will be your least desirable secondary stat, and should be avoided compared to other secondary stats listed above.
