The glyph system has changed quite a bit in Mists of Pandaria as opposed to its Cataclysm counterpart. The most noticeable change being the removal of Prime Glyphs, meaning players will be limited to 3 Major and 3 Minor Glyph slots.
Tome of the Clear Mind will be needed to swap out any glyph from its respective glyph slot. You’ll definitely want to hold on to some of those, since some glyphs may be swapped depending on a certain arena matchup.
Major Glyphs
These three major glyphs provided below are your primary glyphs within your major glyph slots. Some glyphs offer variability depending on the composition you plan to play as.
Glyph of Touch of Death removes the Chi requirement on your execute. This gives you guaranteed access to your immediate kill ability when your target is low enough HP.
Glyph of Touch of Karma increases your Touch of Karma range, making it more accessible on ranged targets.
Glyph of Paralysis is your soft-locked glyph here. This removes all DoTs on the target you throw Paralysis on in order to make your Crowd Control more consistent.
Additionally we have one situationally niche glyph you may find useful in certain circumstances; Glyph of Sparring.
Glyph of Sparring can be used specifically when there is at least one melee and one caster on the enemy team, giving your passive a chance to also reflect spells. This is really good against comps like Warrior Mage.
Minor Glyphs
