Feral Druid Stat Priority and Breakpoints
Agility > 5% Hit Rating > Spell Penetration (195) > Resilience (3000) > Mastery > Critical Strike > Haste
Prioritize Agility as much as possible, The more agility you have, the more Attack Power you will have, buffing all your abilities. After focusing on Agility, make sure to have at least 5% Hit Cap first before focusing on your secondary stats. This makes sure that none of your abilities miss while attacking your opponent.
Followed by Hit Rating, Spell Penetration will be obtained by using Stormy Ocean Sapphire on your Blue gem slots. Then it’s important to focus on your Resilience requirement. Due to Feral Druids having Bear Form and Barkskin, you can be more lenient on the amount of Resilience used, but is optimal to receive around at least 3000. This will assist you in surviving any enemy kill attempts.
For secondary stats, you will want to prioritize Mastery, as this will be your best secondary stat for Feral Druid. Having Mastery increases the amount of damage from your bleeds, which will be extremely valuable due to Bleed effects providing the most damage output for this specialization. Critical Strike is worse than Mastery, but has value from bleeds being able to crit.
In case you aren’t able to reach stat requirements, use reforging on any gear with Haste or Critical Strike, and convert to either Mastery. If you have any extra Hit Rating left over, you can convert those stats to Mastery as well.
